Processing Time
Most in-stock physical orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–4 business days. Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page when applicable.

Shipping Area
At this time, Wrapping Angels™ ships within the United States only.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, destination, package size, and weight.

Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and shipping service selected at checkout. Carrier delays may occasionally occur and are outside of our direct control.

Tracking Information
When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information by email or text after the order has shipped.

Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. No physical item will be mailed for products clearly identified as digital downloads.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is resent.
